Maintaining your manufactured home’s siding, roof and other exterior surfaces is about more than just curb appeal.
Window rescreening
When screens are deteriorating, the screen mesh no longer looks a charcoal color, but is lighter and looks like shiny silver threads in the sunlight. Screens that receive the majority of the Sun's rays on them through the day will deteriorate the quickest. Once they've entered into this discolored phase, they become brittle and more easily damaged by your hands pushing on them, flying debris during storms, etc. Leaving access for insects.
